Courtney & Matt {married!}

We photographed Courtney & Matt's wedding in September before this nasty cold & rainy weather hit. It was still beautiful and warm for their wedding at the Theodore Wirth Chalet. Before the ceremony, we met up for a very quick portrait session near the Guthrie Theater in downtown Minneapolis and then headed over to the Chalet just in time for the ceremony! And some beautiful portraits. Don't they both look amazing?





We literally only had about 20 minutes for portraits, and then we raced to Theo Wirth just in time for Courtney's dad to walk her down the aisle. It was emotional and I even teared up a bit!


The ceremony was beautiful, and the forest made a great backdrop for photos!

Now these guys know how to kiss! Their first kiss was awesome...and long! A wedding photographers dream :)


Courtney & Matt both enjoy golfing so immediately after the ceremony they went and hit a few golf balls. It was fun!


On our way back we saw this gorgeous light in the forest. I love this candid moment of them looking at the new ring!


The flower girls were VERY comfortable in front of the camera, so cute!

And it's been awhile since we've shared photos of us taken by the bride and groom! We had a super busy summer wedding season and seemed to forget doing it...but they have returned! Yes, we really are that dorky.
