Photos on the farm!

Last weekend we headed to Wisconsin for my niece Melanie's baptism. A trip to WI wouldn't be complete without some photo sessions and last weekend was no exception! First on our agenda was the Miller family. I grew up with Christi, we've known each other since we were six (or maybe even younger!). It was fun spending a morning with her and her family at her parents' farm right outside of Spring Green. I've never done a photo shoot on a farm before but I know I will be doing them again! I LOVED all of the great locations that we found! So many great colors and textures out there.

So now, I'm happy to present the Millers! Enjoy!

Poor little Austin wasn't really in the mood for photos this morning. It was a bit chilly and the wind was fierce. I don't really blame him!

And there it is! He smiled!

I love how he's peeking over dad's head. :)

Change of scenery--I liked this big white barn/shed.

I thought this one was cute.

A little clingy now--he's almost done for the day!

Christi tried to reposition him so we could see his face better but it just made him snuggle into her more!

At this point we knew Austin had enough so he got to go hang out inside with Grandma & Grandpa while we took Christi and John off to do some shots of just the two of them. John just ate a Snickers and Christi was laughing at him because he smelled like chocolate and peanuts!

This is my favorite of the two of them alone.

At the end of the shoot, John suggested we go into the barn to try some low-light photos. I wish my asthma wouldn't have acted up so bad because I would've loved to do more shots in here, but I love the ones we got.

Christi & John, it was so great to see you guys! Can't wait to do it again :)
