Hiedi & Jake {engaged!}

I'm a little behind on blogging a few of our weddings and engagement sessions, but I'm happy to finally present Hiedi and Jake! We met up in late February for a fun shoot at the Landmark Center in St. Paul, and then headed out for a few snow shots in Rice Park. We had never shot at the Landmark Center and it was Hiedi's idea, and I'm so happy she picked it! It was nice to be able to do a winter shoot without freezing to death, and there were so many locations to pick from. The lighting was great considering it was indoors, which is always a concern for photos.

We are shooting their wedding in Stillwater in just two weeks! I am so excited to work with these guys again. They have planned plenty of time for photos which is so important on your wedding day. I can't wait to have the luxury of spending lots of time to capture some really great moments with these two!

After a quick outfit change we went outside to capture some true Minnesota winter shots.






Of course, a snowball fight started up. :)
