We had so much fun with these guys and really enjoyed getting to know their families as well. Below are a few highlights from the day. I couldn't pick favorites so in order to keep this post from being a mile long, I made a few "collages" that feature a bunch of photos.
I always love getting ready shots, and I think all couples should have at least a few of these from their wedding day. Tirzah & Adam got ready in separate areas of the church and went the traditional route of not seeing each other before the ceremony.
Tirzah was absolutely stunning in her burgundy-red dress.
Adam looked pretty sharp himself.
A few of the details.
Due to the cold, we couldn't convince the bridesmaids to go outside for photos, but we managed to get Tirzah and the guys outside for a few quick shots before the ceremony. I thought this one was cute.
Just as the sun was setting we took a few more photos of Tirzah. Her mother-in-law made her this gorgeous cape so she was able to tolerate the cold for a bit.
The ceremony was beautiful, and full of wonderful music. Both Tirzah and Adam come from talented musical families and Gene'o & I were very impressed by the music during the ceremony.
The newlyweds entered the reception through swords. Both Tirzah & Adam are heavily involved in the Renaissance Festival, and so were many of their guests.
The reception was lovely, and a good time was had by all.
We particularly loved this father/daughter dance photo, so sweet.
And this kinda abstract one caught my eye as well. We had just bought a new micro lens and we had fun taking some close-up detail shots. New toys are fun!
Tirzah was even serenaded by Adam and the Court Revelers!
At the end of the night, the newlyweds exited through a row of sparklers held by their families and friends. I think this picture accurately shows how happy they both were all day long!
Us, at the end of a very long but fun day!
Tirzah & Adam, thank you so much for allowing us to be part of your awesome day! You two are great and we loved every minute of it!
